As we headed north into the night, drops of water plopped onto the windscreen, growing bigger and louder by the second until it seemed like all the giants in the sky had spilled their bags of marbles.
The cab shuddered and slowed under that weight, wipers waving wildly, but I made it home eventually. Nice and dry now, enjoying the sounds of Lali Puna against the pitter-patter drone.
