(Fig tart with mascarpone cheese and lemon zest)

Smooth Operator

(Vanilla and saffron ice-cream with saltwater taffy sauce)

Castles in the Air

(Rose and violet infused cherry meringues)

Red Forest

(Red velvet cake with fresh blueberries, raspberries, and cherries)

Great Balls of Fire

(chocolate truffles infused with blue ginger and house specialty – chili padi liqueur)

I hope everyone enjoys them as much as I did! Looks like I should go to the gym soon if I’m going to work that lot off before the wedding!
